Chiara Albertazzi was born in Bologna, Italy and she has been living in Tenerife South since 2007, she loves art, interior design and she speaks five foreign languages. After many years working in real estate agencies, tourism and in a prestigious spanish law and tax consultants firm in Adeje, her priority now is to match people with right property to get the best results for them, avoiding unnecessary visits, saving time and focusing on the right property to search in the challenging property market of today.

Real Estate Advisory
I have a large experience in the real estate market and I know how to find what you are looking for. I know all areas in Tenerife South and most of touristic and residential buildings. I collaborate with different reliable agencies with a lot of experience, every agency with its direct property portfolio: in this way I focus my research, saving time to you and finding the exact property you are looking for. My suggestions and negotiations are totally honest and I protect always your interests.
Formalities
I help you to apply for NIE, to open a spanish bank account, to obtain a low cost bank cheque for the seller. I check for you all spanish documentation regarding the property. I assist you at the notary, translating and explaining to you the spanish title deed, answering all questions and doubts that might arise.
Appraisals
If you plan to sell your house, I am gald to do an accurate property value, comparing and analysing it with other properties on the actual market.
Customer Care
I also help you in all your needs after the purchase deed, in case you need to do other formalities in public offices or to look for the right furniture, to choose the best decoration item considering the style you prefer, to check the refurbishment process and all you might need. The purchase is only the beginning of a future honest friendship between you and me.
